Important Membership Instructions
These rules apply to every Arena32 membership plan.
- FREE sessions are a one-time package bonus.They are not a monthly recurring bonus.
- Use your credits flexibly during the overall Validity.All package credits are added upfront. There is no monthly credit-use limit or monthly expiry.
- Duration and Validity are different.Duration is the package commitment period; Validity is the final period available to use remaining credits.
- Ground Turf B is the base membership turf.Open Top: 1 credit/hour with no extra charge by default. Ground Turf A Covered Shade: 1 credit/hour + ₹100 / hour. Full Ground A+B: 2 credits/hour + ₹100 / hour.
- Your selected Access Level controls eligible time slots.Higher/restricted slots remain visible as Not allowed on the selected Package and can be booked separately as a normal paid booking after logout.
- Bookings are subject to live availability.Change or cancel is allowed until exactly 4 hours before play; after the cutoff the membership booking is locked.

Select when you normally play. Higher eligible access can also use permitted lower slots.
Book with credits
Login, choose an available slot and the required Turf Credits are deducted automatically.
Know exactly what one Turf Credit gives you
Every paid or FREE session in a membership becomes one Turf Credit. Credits are deducted only when you book a membership slot.
Ground Turf B
No extra charge
Use 1 membership credit for one hour on the open-top half turf.
Ground Turf A
₹100 / hour
The same 1 credit is used, plus the covered-turf upgrade shown above.
Full Ground
₹100 / hour
Full Ground uses both half turfs, so it deducts 2 credits per hour.

What happens if a time slot is not included?
If the slot is available and your Access Level allows it, you can book it using credits.
It stays visible as Not allowed on the selected Package. Clicking it tells the member to logout and book it separately as a normal paid booking.
It remains unavailable because membership and normal Venue OS bookings use the same master inventory.
