Please read these rules before booking. Arena32 wants every team to enjoy a safe, clean, and fair playing experience.
1. Booking & Slot Timing
- Booking is valid only for the selected date, ground, and time slot.
- Turf will be handed over at the exact booking start time.
- Turf must be vacated at the exact booking end time.
- Late arrival, late payment, warm-up, changing time, team discussion, or players reaching late will be counted within the booked slot only.
- Slot time will not be extended, adjusted, shifted, or refunded due to customer delay.
- Arena32 may allow a maximum 10-minute buffer only if possible, but not more than that, as the next booking may get affected.
- Please reach 15 minutes before your slot for check-in, payment, warm-up, and preparation.
- Booking time means play time. Please respect the next team’s booking.
2. Payment, Cancellation & Refund
- Booking will be confirmed only after advance payment.
- Balance payment must be cleared before play starts.
- No refund will be given for late arrival, no-show, or customer-side delay.
- Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and Arena32 management approval.
- Cancellation/refund, if any, will be as per Arena32 management decision.
3. Ground Usage Rules
- Customers must use only the booked ground/slot.
- Half ground booking cannot use full ground without extra charges.
- Players must leave the turf immediately after the booked slot ends.
- Extra players or visitors may be restricted inside the turf play area.
- Proper sports shoes are recommended. Footwear that can damage the turf is not allowed.
4. Turf & Amenities Rules
- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the turf play area.
- Smoking, spitting, tobacco, gutkha, alcohol, and hard drinks are strictly prohibited inside the turf and amenities area.
- Please keep the turf, washrooms, café, seating area, and premises clean.
- Any damage, misbehaviour, or violation of rules will not be accepted.
- Damage to turf, net, lights, equipment, washroom, café, seating area, or any property will be charged to the responsible player/team.
5. Equipment Policy
- Basic sports equipment may be provided as per availability.
- Any loss, breakage, or misuse of equipment will be charged to the customer.
- Customers must return all provided equipment after the slot.
6. First Aid & Injury Policy
- Basic first aid kit is available at Arena32 for minor injuries.
- Players/teams must inform Arena32 staff immediately in case of injury.
- Arena32 staff can help with basic first aid only and are not medical professionals.
- For serious injuries, players/team members must contact a doctor, ambulance, or hospital immediately.
- Arena32 will not be responsible for injuries caused during play, collision, fall, unsafe play, personal fitness issues, or player negligence.
7. Weather, Power & Turf-Side Issues
- Rain, weather, or natural conditions will be handled as per management decision and slot availability.
- If play is affected due to Arena32-side issues such as turf not ready, lighting issue, power issue, or management delay, Arena32 will provide a suitable solution.
- Arena32 will not be responsible for time lost due to customer-side reasons.
8. Safety, CCTV & Personal Belongings
- Arena32 premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety and security.
- CCTV footage may be provided to police or authorities whenever legally requested.
- Players are responsible for their own mobiles, wallets, bags, shoes, watches, and valuables.
- Arena32 will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
9. Discipline & Management Rights
- Fighting, abusive language, unsafe play, misbehaviour with staff/customers, or creating nuisance is strictly not allowed.
- If any player/team breaks the rules, the booking may be cancelled immediately and no refund will be given.
- The player/team may also be banned from future use of Arena32 Turf and amenities.
- Arena32 management decision will be final for safety, discipline, booking, refund, and slot usage.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
- Booking will be confirmed only after advance payment.
- Advance payment is non-refundable in case of customer-side cancellation, late arrival, no-show, team not coming, fewer players, or any customer-side delay.
- Cancellation or rescheduling request must be informed to Arena32 management as early as possible.
- Rescheduling may be allowed only one time, subject to slot availability and Arena32 management approval.
- No refund or rescheduling will be provided for last-minute cancellation, no-show, late arrival, late payment, players reaching late, or customer-side reasons.
- If play is affected due to Arena32-side issues such as turf not ready, lighting issue, power issue, or management delay, Arena32 will provide a suitable solution such as slot adjustment, rescheduling, or other decision as per management approval.
- Rain, weather, or natural conditions will be handled as per Arena32 management decision and slot availability.
- Arena32 management decision will be final for cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and slot adjustment.
Late Arrival & Slot Extension Policy
- Customers/teams must reach at least 15 minutes before the booked slot time for check-in, balance payment, warm-up, changing, and preparation.
- Booking time means play time. The turf will be handed over at the exact booking start time and must be vacated at the exact booking end time.
- Late arrival, late visit, late payment, warm-up, changing time, team discussion, or players reaching late will be counted within the booked slot only.
- Slot time will not be extended, adjusted, shifted, or refunded due to customer delay.
- Even if the team starts playing late, the turf must be vacated at the exact booking end time.
- Arena32 may allow a maximum 10-minute buffer only if possible and only at management’s discretion, but it is not guaranteed because the next booking may get affected.
- Late arrival does not mean extra play time. Please respect the next team’s booking.
